Bienvenue dans l’histoire de GOC Church, o\u00f9 la foi, la communaut\u00e9, l’amour et la r\u00e9silience s’entrem\u00ealent pour cr\u00e9er un sanctuaire pour nos membres. Notre voyage a commenc\u00e9 par un appel divin qui nous a incit\u00e9s \u00e0 nous embarquer dans une mission bien plus grande que nous-m\u00eames, \u00e0 savoir \u00e9tablir une \u00e9glise qui servirait de phare d’espoir et de foi.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

D\u00e9buts divins<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La cr\u00e9ation de notre \u00e9glise est le fruit d’une profonde rencontre spirituelle. Nous avons ressenti un appel puissant de Dieu \u00e0 fonder une \u00e9glise, mais la voie \u00e0 suivre n’\u00e9tait pas claire au d\u00e9part. C’est au cours d’un moment charni\u00e8re que la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation est venue : nous devions poser les fondations de notre \u00e9glise au c\u0153ur du Texas. Nous avons explor\u00e9 San Antonio, Dallas et Houston, mais c’est \u00e0 Houston que notre vision a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se cristalliser. Invit\u00e9s par un ami, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duits par l’atmosph\u00e8re vibrante et la communaut\u00e9 chaleureuse et accueillante. C’\u00e9tait clair, Houston \u00e9tait l’endroit o\u00f9 Dieu voulait que nous nous \u00e9panouissions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Une vision au milieu des d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Notre d\u00e9termination a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 l’\u00e9preuve lorsque, peu apr\u00e8s mon installation \u00e0 Houston, j’ai fait un r\u00eave important. Il s’agissait d’une repr\u00e9sentation vivante des adversaires qui complotaient contre notre minist\u00e8re, mais elle \u00e9tait \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9e d’une vision d’espoir. Dieu m’a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une pi\u00e8ce sp\u00e9cifique dans le b\u00e2timent de l’\u00e9glise baptiste qui \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e \u00e0 devenir la maison de notre congr\u00e9gation. Cette vision nous a conduits \u00e0 l’\u00e9glise baptiste vietnamienne, o\u00f9 nous avons d\u00e9couvert que leur pasteur avait pri\u00e9 pour qu’un pasteur africain dirige une branche sp\u00e9ciale de leur congr\u00e9gation. J’ai eu l’impression que les pi\u00e8ces d’un puzzle divin s’assemblaient.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c9tablissement et croissance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Puis, en ao\u00fbt 2017, l’ouragan Harvey a frapp\u00e9, laissant des traces de d\u00e9vastation dans son sillage. En ces temps difficiles, la d\u00e9termination de notre communaut\u00e9 s’est renforc\u00e9e et, exactement un mois plus tard, l’\u00e9glise GOC a officiellement ouvert ses portes. Depuis notre cr\u00e9ation en septembre 2017, GOC Church est devenue un pilier essentiel des communaut\u00e9s chr\u00e9tiennes africaines francophones et anglophones de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l’\u00e9glise GOC a \u00e9t\u00e9 non seulement un lieu de culte, mais aussi un centre de soutien communautaire et de charit\u00e9. Nous avons particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements caritatifs, aidant les personnes dans le besoin et r\u00e9pandant l’amour et la compassion tels qu’enseign\u00e9s par le Christ.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
